We are looking for an omnichannel Campaign Manager to lead customer acquisition, enegagement and retention program and increase customer life-time value. The candidate will be developing and implementing end-to-end CRM program (through email, SMS, and/or other channels), customer segmentation, portfolio analysis, sales-force incentive, and customer insights. The ideal candidate posses marketing and sales experiences in B2B environment, is expertise in using various CRM tools and methods, and has generate successful customer engagement and retention programs. You will manage a small team and work with multiple departments locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end omnichannel customer-life-time CRM program development and execution (customer acquisition, prospect onboarding, cross-sell, up-sell, customer engagement, and retention). This includes both off-line and digital campaigns.

  • Perform data analysis, uncover insight, and create strategy specific for each customer segmentation

  • Implement communication and marketing process via SMS, Email, and/or other channels  

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, MarCom, and Customer Service teams to execute omnichannel campaigns that drive toward business objectives and maximize sales result

  • Conduct feasibility study, monitor and optimize campaign performances to maximize ROI, and develop campaign reports and presentation in a persuasive story-telling way

  • Work in a technological context of multiple ecommerce, email, CRM, sales & marketing automation platforms

  • Develop and train executives in the team

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CRM, campaign or direct marketing, preferably in B2B organization

  • A deep understanding of customer life time value, segmentation, RMF, and customer journey

  • Familiar with sales & marketing tools and Email automation platforms such as CRM, Salesforce, Eloqua

  • Strong analytical skill and business acumen with ability to use analysis tools such as Power BI and Bing

  • Experience in managerial role

  • Understand sales operations

  • A project manager who collaborates effectively with other teams/functions

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in addition to consulting and presentation skills

  • Detail oriented and organized
