Reducing our impact on the planet is a long-term strategy that will be achieved through progressive action plans and continuous improvement.
In order to reduce our impact on the planet, by 2026 we will:
- Use and sell products and services that contribute to protecting the planet and its people, with a target of 90% of total turnover to be represented by our Sustainable Selection products.
- Embrace the circular economy by closing the loop in our internal consumption and external selling.
- Reduce the environmental impact of our company vehicles and business travel and switch our vehicles to low-emission vehicles. The emissions that we cannot reduce will be offset by financing climate action.
- Reduce the environmental impact of our company facilities and offset the emissions we cannot reduce by financing climate actions.
Lyreco sustainable selection
Sustainable Selection is a new progressive supplier and product assessment methodology that is clearer and closer to our long-term sustainability goals. It aims to strengthen our procurement process with more sustainable initiatives, actions, and decisions. Our target is for 90% of our total turnover to be represented by our Sustainable Selection products.
Sustainable by Lyreco marketplace
At Lyreco, we believe that tomorrow’s sustainable workplaces are being built today. Sustainable by Lyreco is the first B2B marketplace dedicated to products that contribute to the protection of the planet and its people. It facilitates the interaction between sellers and eco-conscious customers and complements our offering on Lyreco’s existing ecommerce platforms.
CO2e reduction
Climate action is a priority for us, as it is reflected in our strategy and policy. As a global company committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), we are taking important climate actions within our supply chain and operations. We have invested in energy efficiency measures across our operations, resulting in tangible reductions in our greenhouse gas emissions.
