Job Description

• perform, coordinate and report Key Performance Indicators analysis, evaluation, and request interpretation and corrective action from persons in charge (weekly and monthly cycle).
• assures effective escalation to person in charge, manager and director in case quality & performance cycle is not progressing in timely manner and necessary results are not achieved
• performs assigned regular and ad hoc data collection, analysis, and evaluation
• coordinates, monitors, report progress on action plans related to selected customers, large customer implementation and top departmental and company projects
• trains personnel on performance indicators collection, analysis, evaluation, and reporting
