Key responsibilities
HR administration of 3 countries of the CE subsidiary
• attendance and payroll administration management
• communication with 3 external payroll providers (starters and leavers management, attendance, personnel changes, yearly tax administration, employee documentation)
• data, document and file management (Workday), contracts, contract addendums, salary certificates, archiving and company policy maintenance
• employee consultations
• ensuring legal and GDPR compliance
• regular health checks management and health and safety courses (in cooperation with the QSS Manager)
Reporting
• monthly HR reporting and statistics preparation (absence statistics, employee turnover etc.)
HR business partnership for the Austrian organization (approximately 20 FTEs)
• Employee lifecycle management and business partnership for the AT organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee consultations, annual review management, learning and development, regular meetings etc.
Project and initiatives support
• Participation on various HR projects, events and initiatives
Required personal profile, qualifications and skills
• at least 5 years of experience in general HR and/or HR Administrator role
• fluent level of German language and at least intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
• positive “can do” attitude and outstanding team orientation
• structured working approach & attention to detail
• excellent communication skills
• ability to self-organize and prioritize
• PC usage proficiency (mainly in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
