Role Responsibilities

• To ensure production of rolling forecast, budget and group reporting including monthly reporting package in line with the Group’s requirements
• To partner with other departments on rolling forecast, budget planning and operating analysis to help management on decision making
• To prepare variance report with variance explanations and propose the action plans and areas of improvements
• To provide management with reports and analysis of operating results and KPI achievement against budget
• To take part of the presentation of monthly result with the relevant analysis or studies to management
• To conduct sales and cost analysis
• To review operating and financial controls, maintain updated finance SOPs, policies and procedures
• To participate in finance projects when necessary
• To assist in ad hoc assignments

The Ideal Candidate

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or Business
• Qualified accountant preferred but not a must
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel is a MUST.  SAP knowledge preferred
• Detail-minded with strong numerical sense and business acumen
• Analytical mindset, independent problem solving, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
