Inside Sales Manager

  • Ability to hand directly maximum 2 sales territories
  • To analyze daily/weekly/monthly team performance to achieve KPI targets
  • Set territories sales target and calculate monthly incentive of the team
  • To ensure all Order Request Calls/Emails by 5:00pm are processed by the team in SAP (same day)
  • Organize weekly meeting and discussion between Outdoor Sales Manager & the inside sales team
  • Prepare monthly results presentation to inside sales team & outdoor sales Team
  • To ensure team is properly staffed to meet daily variable inbound call/email volume demands
  • Suggest and implement improvement in the Sales Administration Process
  • Ensure Sales Best Practice is implemented in the team and that processes are documented, in use, and kept up-to-date
  • To conduct performance appraisal and review for direct reports
  • To conduct coaching, OJT, and to lead the team members from all aspect of people manager function effectively
  • All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time

Requirement:-

  • Minimum Diploma level in business administation or relevant
  • Good technical skills using Sales Tools (SFME / SAP),Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Sales Prospecting Skills, Sales Negotiation Skills, Sales Pipeline Management Skills
  • Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
  • 8year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales, with minimum 3years as trainer/supervisor role in B2B sales environment with proven track record in sales achievement
  • Is results driven and persistence type of personality
  • Ability to move with times, and adapt rapid changes in day to day work in meeting the market demand
  • Only fully vaccinated candidate with booster shot will be consider.
  • Salary range offer is between RM4,800 - RM6,000 + Sales Commis
