Key Account Manager

  • Visiting accounts at a frequency agreed by line manager to ensure good trading relationship with customers
  • Increasing the spend by product penetration, define new opportunity/ project, and managing the margin within the appointed customer portfolio
  • Bring the customer spend to 100% of contractual compliance
  • Analyse and prepare customer's account consumption report, presenting the account development plan to the customer
  • Working closely with operation team (marketing, customer service, logistic and finance) to deliver Lyreco services level to customer
  • You will be in charge and ensure end-to-end implementation of newly won customers (From accounts ‘ creation to user’s training) is done successfully
  • Retain the appointed customer's portfolio via retender/renew the contract
  • Update CRM on activity and opportunity progress
  • Functional coordination with the International Account Manager to respect global agreement conditions
  • Carry out any other adhoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Strong analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Strong negotiation skills, Strong sales pipeline management skills, well verse in sales tendering process
  • Malaysia valid driving license
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Good negotiation and persuasions skills.
  • Minimum 5years working experience and with 2years in B2B industry or service sales industry handling corporate customer
