Design and test Disaster Recovery scenarios

Plan & Manage hardware that supports SAP software (implementation, patching and performance monitoring)

Identify & decommission hardware no longer needed

Provide input on licensing and contract renewals

Working Knowledge of SAP Software Solutions: ECC & S4, PI, MDM, SolMan, BW, Web dispatcher, Archiving, Middleware etc…

Plan for end-of-support of technical solutions

Work with Hardware vendors planning maintenance & downtime

Work with SAPTech & ABAP Teams to implement SAP solutions

Work with SAPTech to define transport landscapes

Work with network & security teams to ensure safe & secure solutions

Work with SAP CC to identify, monitor & support the best use of interface technologies (IDoc, Web services, RFC etc…)

Work with Project teams (NextGen E-Com, New ERP etc…) when proposing & designing solutions
