In line with Lyreco's cultural and digital transformation process, we are looking for a new position as Campaign Manager to improve our Digital Campaign strategy.
Reporting to the Digital Manager, the Campaign Manager will cooperate closely with the Campaign Specialist to ensure that campaigns are created, planned and structured by focusing on new customers acquisition related to Italian Soho Market and on the Lyreco’s customers digital development.
Working closely with Marketing, External Communication, Sales and Business Analyst departments, the Campaign Manager will be in charge to produce effective and customer focused Digital marketing campaigns.
Leading development campaigns to achieve defined business objectives, whilst improving market share (especially for Soho Market) and customer satisfaction;
Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans;
Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of programs designed to increase sales and awareness;
Developing customer focus groups and to obtain direct customer feedback concerning the sales proposition;
Working closely with internal stakeholders, content providers and external vendors;
Establish and maintain relationships and collaboration with colleagues from foreign branches for the development of activities related to the role.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
At least 5 years of experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns, which directly drive sales and customer awareness;
Experience of campaign management in business to business market;
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, DEM and Google Analytics”;
Fluent in English and Italian;
Prefered experience with Eloqua or other marketing automation tools;
A forward thinking and creative mind-set;
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where the Campaign Manager must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to deliver results;
Strong customer orientation with a view to planning and implementing Digital Campaign strategies;
Good negotiating skills;
Flexibility and ability to work on multiple activities (contact search, direct email programs and brainstorming of new Digital Marketing Campaigns);
Energy, proactivity and positivity complete the profile;
Available to travel as required.
