Support Sales Key Account Managers in building long term relationship with existing customers and new business account implementation process.
  • Build rapport and maintain good long term relationship with existing customers. Maximize account penetration and sales development whenever opportunity arise
  • Provide strong support New Business KAM during implementation phase of new won accounts.  Monitor the new account creation and work closely with the KAM to ensure account implemented successfully to meet the commitment required 
  • To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints. Channel all information to the management team to resolve the issue effectively and in timely manner 
  • Assist existing customers in placing orders whenever necessary. Provide webshop order guide to customer for them to be effective in using our webshop 
  • To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number) in the system accurately and in timely manner 
  • To execute any sales promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales on existing customer in timely manner and according to the KPI set 
  • Understand well Lyreco and customer end-to-end corporate business process flow to ensure professional dealing with customer at all time  
  • Carry out any other adhoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time 


  • Minimum Diploma in any studies 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particular Excel), Sales Prospecting Skill, Sales Objection Handling skill, Sales Negotiation skill, good listening skill  
  • Possess diving License is a plus
  • Good written & spoken English skills 
  • Good Communication and Persuasion skills 
  • Minimum 2years working experience as telesales / inside sales  in B2B or service based environment 
  • Candidate who has fully vaccinated and eligible to work in Singapore will be considered.
  • Basic + sales incentive between SGD2600 - SGD3400
