Customer Marketing Manager

This role will be reporting to the Asia Marketing Director and will be leading Marketing Executive(s). The candidate will be required to have good knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia market, with ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to deliver business goals and profit contribution to execute marketing plans and develop a strong value proposition with a multi-channel approach, to enhance customer experiences.


Increase Customer lifetime value

  • Define and coordinate with all stakeholders, promotional campaigns, based on a dedicated campaign calendar across all departments and all customers touch points
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in identifying challenges and opportunities, assess business performance and develop a joint strategy and action plans to accelerate growth and profitability

Go-To-Market for Singapore & Malaysia

  • Lead and initiate effective marketing strategies that will drive leads acquisition, as well as brand awareness, utilizing both offline and online channels targeting all stages of the funnel and with a methodological approach (calendar, reporting, test and learn)
  • Management and execution of paid contents including strategy, agency management, partner selection, content development, media buying, budgeting and reporting.
  • Manage SiMa CM budget, work closely with Customer Marketing team in running all ATL and BTL activities
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager in driving Digital strategy, such as SEM and optimization through support of Content Marketing person to run product content enrichment, marketing content and amplification activities
  • Monitor competitor and market trends among customers, to identify opportunities and develop pioneering strategies ahead of competitions

Manage Online presence

  • Manage the different platforms that exist in the Lyreco digital ecosystem (website CMS, Social Media Accounts, etc.) to improve the usability, design and conversion
  • Responsible of Database management (cleaning and growth) and craft an integrated contact plan to retain our customers and generate more revenue. Manage Eloqua Emailing tool
  • Implement a strong analytical approach to monitor, measure, and track campaign performance and ROI. Incl. promotions and paid activities. Provide monthly marketing report detailing trends analysis and actionable recommendations for improvement and growth

Stakeholders management

  • Be the GO TO person for all different departments (sales, customer service, product marketing, etc.) and become an advocate of customer marketing (educate, train and suggest)
  • Liaise closely with regional and global stakeholders for delivery of business strategies, reportings, cross-markets learning, best practice sharing and to support formulate future strategies

  • Lead, develop, coach, and motivate a diverse team so that it is capable of delivering excellent and “best in class” results.

  • Degree in Marketing or Business or a combination of education and experience in a related field 
  • Digital Marketing, Strong communication skills,  Analytical skills, Project management skills, Employee coaching skills, SAP user, high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel)
  • English. Ability to read and write Malay and Mandarin, is a bonus for this role.
  • Effective communicator; well verse in verbal and written communication in English
  • 5 years working experience in brand / customer marketing related roles with minimum 2 years of marketing and project management experiences in Consumer Products (B2C) or B2B industry. Understanding and experience in omni-channel marketing is a pre-requisite to this role. Experience in event management in Singapore and Malaysia is a plus. Good understanding of Singapore and Malaysia’s media landscape, cultural nuances and working experience with/in Malaysia, is a bonus for this role.
