eCommerce Data Analyst work closely with Product Owners and eCommerce Developers to enhance tracking implementation. This role also utilizes various data sources to understand how customers are engaging with the site and recommends improvements. An important part of the role is to design and create key analysis and bring data insights to stakeholders.

   Main Accountabilities

  • Performs analysis on existing customer, sales, transactional and web data and identifies business opportunities and challenges focusing on company performance and customer behavior
  • Designs measuring plan and utilize Google Tag Manager to implement events
  • Manages GA accounts
  • Supports building and executing an A/B testing process
  • Supports Google Analytics end users
  • Develops a thorough understanding of the goals and issues, interprets business needs into data and analytical requirements, and then to analytical/reporting solutions
  • Defines, implements, follows up and analyses KPIs and reports within the eCommerce domain and defines concrete and actionable recommendations
  • Provides training on reports, data

   Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ years experience working in data related field supporting eCommerce
  • Graduate of Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Very good working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Hotjar (or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • SQL and Power BI knowledge will be a plus
  • Business acumen and strategic understanding
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Build relationships: a team player able to build and develop networks
  • Results oriented: Proven track-record of delivering on targets
  • Project management (organize and prioritize)
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken)
