- Winning new customer accounts through strategic business development planning
- Perform an outbound call to customer under the vacant territories.
- Influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations.
- To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number)
- To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints
- To monitor the new account creation under vacant territories and work closely with the ASM
- To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories
- Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time
- Minimum Diploma level
- SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Sales prospecting skills, sales negotiation skills,
- Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales
- Candidate who has fully vaccinated and eligible to work in Senai will be considered
- Basic salary + allowance + incentive upto RM3800.
