Key Account Manager

You will be responsible for acquiring new business and achieving the targets set by Lyreco for winning new customers (large corporations) within Malaysia
  • To Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking 
  • To responsible fully in prospect tendering process and follow any group guideline in accordance in customer contract signing  
  • Oversee implementation of prospects and new wins customer portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction is established.  
  • To Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales 
  • To Consistently achieve targets agreed with the Management 
  • To Establish good professional relationship with the customer, and drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.  
  • Draft and deliver proposals according to Lyreco standard in a timely manner 
  • To Report on sales activity accurately in timely manner 
  • To Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offering
  • Any other reasonable adhoc tasks assigned to you time to time by your management team 

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of study 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  ,  Strong analytical skills, Corporate Sales tendering process skills 
  • Malaysia valid driving license 
  • Good verbal and written English 
  • Good negotiation and persuation skills. 
  • Minimum 5years working experience and with 2years in B2B industry or service sales industry handling corporate customer 
  • Candidate who has fully vaccinated and eligible to work in KL/Selangor will be considered.
  • Basic salary + fixed allowance upto RM5000 + Sales Incentives.
