KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist Product Manager to carry out supplier and product sourcing, ensure quality sourcing is carried out and is following group guideline
- Well manage product section under your care by doing quality supplier & product sourcing to support long-term market growth . This includes carry out good price negotiations, and ability to to engage quality supplier and product
- Produce quality market study and market analysis for the management team
- Provide accurate product information in timely manner to cross department stakeholders
- Carry out quality product listing validation in meeting company expectation and standard
- Handle end-to-end product sourcing required arrangement (i.e government tax, custom duty, delivery timeleap etc) within Malaysia, Singapore or International and according to group guideline
- Ensure quality supplier and product sourcing is meeting company ISO standard and group guideline
- Work closely with cross department stakeholders in managing product & supplier related issue effectively in driving operation excellent
- Carryout supplier and product review yearly with the management team to ensure performance of the product and suppliers are meeting customers' expectation.
- All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time
- Degree in Marketing or Business or a combination of education and experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), supplier sourcing and purchasing negotiation skills, good data analysis skills, SAP user
- Effective communicator and negotiator; well verse in verbal and written communication in English and native language
- 3 years working experience in marketing related role with minimum 1year in within marketing Sales/Product management experience in Office Supplies/FMCG/Consumer Products markets
- Those who has fully vaccinated and able to work in Johor Malaysia will be considered.
- Salary range of RM2800 = RM3500
