One-year Trainee - Customer & Sales Experience Team

We are looking for interns for our Customer & Sales Experience team. It is a unique job proposal of Lyreco, thanks to which people interested in IT and business will be able to improve and develop their skills and interests. A special feature of this trainee is that participants will have the opportunity to learn about the specifics of the work of each of the five departments:

  • Omnichannel Customer Service

  • Salesforce Automation • Marketing Automation

  • Business Analytics

  • Customer Order & Structure

The internship is a unique change to learn by practice from the experts of Customer & Sales Experience in order to be prepared for the profession in the best possible way. Don't worry, if you've never had contact with business and IT, we'll teach you everything! The plan of our offer is also that the participant, after completing the trainee, will stay in our company for longer. We will teach you how to “translate” business language into IT requirements and back. It is a big chance that you will be our future Junior Specialist!

Who are we looking for?

  • Full-time availability

  • Extramural students or students with an individual course of study are welcome

  • People who want to develop professionally in Customer & Sales Experience

Qualifications & skills:

  • Fluency in English (C1 - must have)

  • Familiar with Excel

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving approach

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized

  • Self-starter and keen to always learn new things

  • “Can do” mindset

What we offer:
