HR Operations Specialist

HR Operations Specialist will join People & Culture in Lyreco Management team. This position will take part in various projects regarding HR Operations. The role will be responsible for broad HR Administration tasks, with the opportunity to support payroll processes as well as compensation and benefits.

This is an ideal role when you have analytical skills, excellent category, proactive thinking and doing skills plus strong desire to drive customer-focused business and projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of HR documents (employment contracts, civil contracts, B2B contracts, annexes, certificates, and other documents related to employment and termination of employment)
  • Running HR Administration (employees’ personal folders, medical examinations, health and safety training)
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the employees
  • Work time management, overtime verification
  • Working in the HRIS systems
  • Preparation of ZUS application documents
  • Support of the remuneration process
  • Benefits administration (like: medical care, life insurance, multisport cards, glasses reimbursement)
  • Comprehensive handling of matters related to the Company Social Benefits Fund
  • Cooperating with various authorities, institutions (ZUS, GUS, tax office) and service providers
  • Creating and updating the policies and procedures to support changes and business needs
  • Providing first-line advisory and administrative support to the line managers and employees
  • Preparing and delivering HR reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2-years’ experience in working in a position related
  • Good knowledge of labour law and regulations
  • Knowledge of the basics of the processes related to the calculation of remuneration
  • Knowledge of CDN Optima and Płatnik programs
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken)
  • Very high energy level, stress resistant with positive open mindset
  • Ability to think analytically and work under time pressure
  • Computer literate - solid mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in Compensation& Benefits area is advantage
