In our ERP department, we are currently seeking a SAP MM/WM senior consultant with domain knowledge in logistic and supply chain process, that could join our IT Supply Chain and Marketing expert team.
As Application Expert, the candidate will manage the enhancements of the current SAP solution and participate to projects related to his/her area of expertise.
The role implies a strong collaboration with the business teams and the other IT teams for the design and release of new solutions.
Main responsibilities:
Gather and understand business requirements
Design and deliver the proper solution according to requirements and system best practices
Translate requirements into technical specification for the development team
Drive the complete E2E delivery of the solution (unit testing/integration testing)
Plan and guide user acceptance testing together with business key user
Organize with the business teams the deliver and early support phase,
Knowledge transfer to support team based on proper documentation
Support business in case of new supply chain tool selection process (potentially through Proof Of Concept)
Participate to cross functional project
Qualifications & skills:
Knowledge of SAP MM/WM module at expert level, customizing and processes
Knowledge of logistic, warehouse, supply chain business processes
SAP ECC 6 MM/WM module
Integration with other SAP modules (SD/FI)
SAP S4/HANA
Basic knowledge of ABAP development language, query, LSMW
Experience as a Super User
Experience in Project Management
Ability to work remotely with people working in different EU locations
Collaborative and team working approach
Ability to understand the impact of issues according to business needs
Takes responsibility for resolutions of issues (end to end process)
Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with people at all levels within the organization
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Availability to short travelling (within Europe)
