Reporting to Head of National Business, Sales Manager role is to ensure the achievement of the assigned targets, following company’s sales strategy through the people managed, Corporate Sales Account (CSA), and the full collaboration within the Corporate Department.

Leading people to provide the continuous development of the team's resources by enhancing their capacity negotiation, knowledge of products and services by applying commercial policies that Lyreco defines with customers within the national agreements.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To identify and work to improve peoples’ skills, knowledge, and behavior to maximize upon individual’s career potential;

  • To provide CSA with appropriate support, coach and feedback through regular 1:1 meeting in order to share vision, personal and company’s goals and define specific action to develop business plan;

  • Work in alliance with other Sales Manager of Corporate/SMB and Intersafe Safety business line to share best practice, to influence and to create solutions to drive forwards CSA in a profitable, strategic direction;

  • In accordance with a Continuous Improvement approach, make ad hoc accompaniments during the customers visits of CSA;

  • Support the Head of National Business in managing the recruiting, training, and appraisal activities according to the HR Team guidelines;

  • Work closely with the Head of National Business and the Omnichannel Project Specialist in order to speed up and improve the Omnichannel Project across the overall team;

  • Grant a full control of all main sales and cost KPIs.

 

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including time management, planning, prioritizing and timely completion of work responsibilities and job assignments of the Team;

  • Willingness and ability to take on new tasks, change work methods and processes to adapt to necessary changes in the team or in the company;

  • High capacity to communicate and transmit information, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, using appropriate language and channels for the intended audience;

  • A natural leader who understands people behavior, who works on building and keeping people’s relationships at all levels. Leading by example showing respect, trust and support to all colleagues;

  • Strategically open minded person, with the ability to see the need from short-term action versus the long-term interests of the company;

  • Good listening skills with the ability to work on feedback and to contribute with new ideas;

  • Proven leadership ability, with evidence of driving forward businesses through strategic direction and situational leadership;

  • Solid experience of working within challenging and competitive sales driven environments, especially during retain and tender processes;

  • An in-depth understanding of business and how a value-added service and proposition relates to customers;

  • Good Knowledge of English.
