Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT), you will develop and lead key change management projects across the Hungarian business
Contributing towards the growth and success of the overall Hungarian P&L from a commercial perspective
Overseeing key business functions improving processes and increasing profit by identifying new future areas for growth
You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and development of existing and new business streams, therefore playing a key part in contributing towards overall business plan objectives
Work closely with the Sales Director Czechia and Slovakia and Country Manager Austria to plan and deliver the direction, strategy and tactics of the sales organization across Region and helping to shape overall Commercial strategy in the Region
Be an influential team member within the leadership team through contribution and representation within the team and when out within or presenting the business.
Responsible for the effective setup of the G2M model fitting the needs of the country in order to achieve profitable growth
Manage your organisation and control the agreed resources to achieve Hungarian Sales divisional targets, covering sales, profitability and growth
Recruit, train, manage motivate and develop direct sales team reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law
Directly manage and coach the Hungarian Sales Management team to meet objectives, implementing performance management actions as required
Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
Consistently demonstrate and encourage behaviour which drives high levels of commitment, motivation and performance in pursuit in line with the company’s values and aims
Ensure Corporate & Field Sales Best Practice is followed at all levels
Maintain up to date knowledge of the Workplace Solution industry and complete awareness of the overall corporate group direction
To comply and enforce Company policies, procedures and standards. Promoting Quality, Environmental company practices and a safe and healthy working environment at all times
To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be requested by a manager/supervision

Top class communicator across all Medias and experienced in presenting to and motivating bigger audiences
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles of effective ‘People Management’
Demonstrable experience of managing change under challenging circumstances
Required to live within the region
Able to commute as and when required to the Regional Head Office in Slovakia
