Inside Sales Representative

Location : Motherwell St, Airdrie ML6 7HU

Salary : £18-20k per annum pro rata (DOE + commission)

Hours of Work Available: 9am-5.30pm and 10am - 3.00pm

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage and develop a new and/or existing customer base in order to exceed set targets.
To achieve sales in line with sales targets/objectives set by calling buyers within our area of responsibility.
Deliver the best customer experience by minimising customer returns and credits.
To take and resolve any queries arising within agreed timescales.
To be responsible for the accurate maintenance of the Account Record in CRM at all times.
To maintain comprehensive records of all correspondence, written and verbal.

Ideal Candidate must have:

The ability to sell and negotiate.
Experience working in an inside sales / telesales role (preferable, not essential).
Experience delivering consistent new business results (preferable, not essential).
Highly organised approach to workload, with a motivated and ambitious attitude.
The ability to make a high number of quality outbound telephone calls in line with agreed targets and objectives.
Ability to deal with challenges and obstacles, be assertive and remain polite and personable at all times.
Ability to listen to queries and complaints, create trust and diffuse any potential problems.
