Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Understand customer preferences, profiles, attitudes and expectations towards various touch-points on Omni-channel marketing, digital ones in particular
  • Regularly review customer segmentation and identify customers/ customer segments whom are to be targeted for different sales & marketing activation offerings
  • Work with marketing team to define right digital channels, develop right content and seamless ordering journey for implementation of sales promotions/ marketing campaigns
  • Optimize customer on-line purchase “recency”, frequency and monetary value by providing relevant content and offerings via digital platforms  
  • Review and track customer activity level with sales counterparts to ensure customers are being best taken care of by in-person, phone calls or other digital touchpoints     
  • Explore and embrace new digital media to exceed expectations of our customers with most relevant communication and offerings
  • Conduct promotion effectiveness analysis to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in sales, e-Commerce, digital marketing or CRM
  • Experience in Retail, FMCG or On-line platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and to manage multi-task under the tight deadlines
  • Independent, self-driven and willing to learn and grow
  • Strong in data analysis with sound business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge in SAP, Power BI & Google Analytics will be a plus
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
