Business Development Specialist – Event/ Project Planning

Role Responsibilities
Support Business Development manager to fulfil corporate customers’ needs on employee engagement events/ projects
Plan and execute events/ projects for customers based on their budget, requirements, and expectations
Identify, coordinate with suppliers, service providers and staff to ensure activities to be implemented on-time in full for best customer experience
Perform business analysis to ensure projects/ business are delivered in a financially sustainable way
Conduct Timely reviews on events/ projects for continuous improvement
Develop service playbook to ensure optimization of operational effectiveness and customer experience
Build and maintain a good long-term relationship with customers by providing swift response and relevant advice / ideas around employee engagement
Proactively develop event concepts and identify business ideas to support company’s business growth strategies
Support ad hoc sales & marketing projects
Job Requirements
A relevant degree in any discipline, but Hospitality field is advantageous
Experience in Event planning & project management with sound track record
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, meticulous attention to detail
Multi-tasker with expert time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
