Major Responsibilities

  • Supervise finance and accounting team to support daily accounting, credit control and management reporting
  • Ensure full compliance of all the company’s financial and accounting practices to the Group’s guidelines and statutory regulations and legislation
  • Lead and drive company’s budgeting, reporting and controlling processes in close collaboration with the Group and Regional Finance team on time in full
  • Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets of each business function
  • Provide analytics on financial climate and business cases to assist Managing Director and senior executives in shaping strategic business plans and making sound business decisions
  • Support business development by spotting out potential financial and compliance risks as well as by providing solutions and advice  
  • Manage relationships with financial and legal service partners
  • Update and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure efficient business operations

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • At least 8 years’ working experience in Finance functions, preferably gained from MNC
  • Proven track record as a business partner in finance capacity and Project Management
  • Strong growth mindset and business acumen with good analytical skills and agility to adapt and implement changes
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Accounting, Tax and Corporate Laws and hands-on experience in working with banks, auditors, lawyers and third party service providers
  • Excellent Interpersonal, organizational and People Management Skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer skill on MS Office, preferably with SAP’s experience
