Corporate Account Sales Manager (FMCG Industry)

- Working with Managing Director to plan Existing Business direction, strategy and business development tactics in accordance with the requirements of the company as a whole
- Leading and guiding the Key Account Managers team on their sales activities and customer account implementation effectively accordance to company guideline
- Provide strong analysis of Key Account Managers account pipeline to ensure healthy growth on the business portfolio and business section.
- To share Singapore workplace supplier business insight and market needs with the management team To verify and make corporate sales operation approval decision effectively and diligently accordance to company guideline.
- To analyze slow growth accounts and take leadership action effectively for fast improvement action
- To develop and build Corporate Inside Sales Executives team in serving key accounts more effectively
- Coordinate effectively and work closely with respective managers across various business function to ensure strong internal relationship for effective operation
- Carry out people manager's function in recruitment, training, coaching and team disciplinary following the company guideline
- Carry out any other ad hoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- Strong analytical skills and Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of corporate account sales achievement with strong negotiation sales pipeline management skills
- Over 5 year of corporate sales experience in B2B Service based industry and minimum 2years in people manager function leading a team
- Ability to move with times, and adapt rapid changes in day to day work in meeting the market demand
- Goal and results- oriented with strong people managers skills

- Base salary range for this position is SGD5,000 - SGD7,000
