Position: Technical Administrator

Location: Telford

Salary: £20,000 to £23,000

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our Hygiene Technical Team.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, this is a busy and varied job.  Supporting the activity of the team, the Technical Administrator will organise and update technical information and work with internal and external partners to ensure information is accurate, up to date and distributed correctly.

Responsibilities of the Technical Administrator:

  • Work with supply chain to ensure all Hygiene content on the Lyreco Webshop is continuously updated to include specification and technical sheets.
  • Collaborate with product and digital teams to ensure our Webshop content is line with current campaign activity, and support the team on relevant content
  • Production of the Hygiene Newsletter
  • Working with supply chain, product team and suppliers to provide relevant training materials to our sales teams
  • Deliver accurate, relevant and timely information to wider sales teams on product and customer solutions.
  • Support Product Managers on the production of the catalogue.
  • Support the Bid team on coding of bids

Knowledge, Skills and Experience of the Technical Administrator:

  • Strong technical administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Professional communication skills and confidence to work with a broad range of internal and external partners
  • Can do attitude, keen to learn and develop
