Reporting to the IS Director of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience department, the domain architect plans, defines, and implements application architecture for diverse business processes, projects, and function related to the domains Sales, Marketing and Customer experience.

It actively participates in the design of software architecture, data flows and data models. He/she ensures that these components are integrated within the company application landscape, while respecting the company's standards and security policy.

As a member of the enterprise architecture committee, he/she guarantees the coherence, integrity, and sustainability of all the application assets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

  • Contributes to the choice of new solutions that meet the business needs, in line with the company technical guidelines and the enterprise architecture
  • Carry out assessments to identify operational limitations and gaps in functional coverage
  • Develop software solutions and strategy
  • Design the interface between multiple applications, databases, and middle ware systems
  • Provide recommendations and guidelines for the secure integration of new solutions and ensures the guarantee of service (availability, integrity, continuity, performance).

IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

  • Liaise with programmers and software development team to design and implement an architectural system
  • Actively supports the development teams during the implementation of solutions

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure proper documentation of software design and developing processes
  • Facilitates the transfer of knowledge, experience, and good practices
  • Upgrade architectural systems and software life cycle to ensure improved processes
  • Attend educational workshops and seminars to improve on existing job knowledge and skill.
