   Description

Lyreco is a worldwide distributor of workplace products, with its corporate headquarters in Valenciennes, North of France. Privately owned, the company was founded in 1926 by the Gaspard family. Lyreco is covering 25 countries with direct presence along with a further 17 countries supported by 15 Strategic Partners.

Integrated in the Group Information Systems Department, you are the IT referent person for marketing automation. As such, you are responsible for our Oracle Marketing Cloud platform Eloqua, contract, licenses and rights, availability of the platform, support and evolution.

You are in charge of the adequacy between the needs expressed by our customer marketing teams, and their implementation in our information system.

You work in a strong multicultural environment and support countries business teams in their achievements.

This is an ideal role when you have strong IT skills, excellent communication, sense of service and strong desire to drive hands-on customer-focused projects.

   Main Accountabilities

Ownership

You are in charge of technical relations with the supplier - Oracle.

You ensure the integration of Eloqua in Lyreco ecosystem, the internal documentation, the proper functioning and control the use.

Roadmap

In collaboration with the Customer Experience Department and the internal IT teams, you analyze, recommend and install the most relevant solutions guaranteeing internal customer satisfaction – setup or create new functionalities.

Development and settings

You are responsible for the technical customization of the solution and define the specifications in detail.

You drive the agile team of developers, provide technical user stories for their backlog, and participate in the tests.

Support and exploitation

You ensure the daily support of the application, follow up on incidents, take preventive and corrective actions to provide our users with the most trustworthy experience. 

In addition, some missions require that you take the role of "Project Manager" for a specific period.

Professional qualification

  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT application support or development.
  • B2B experience
  • Ideally experienced in customer marketing.

Technical skills

  • Fluent business English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge in internet technologies, HTML, emailing
  • Knowledge in Javascript, SQL, SOA architecture
