YOUR MISSION :  

In an international context, participate in the smooth running of Lyreco events:
- Ensure the logistic management
- Take briefs and make sure to choose the best solution (search for venues and/or providers)
- Ensure the proper distribution of information to participants and speakers
- Coordinate external service providers...

And this, while ensuring that the choices are in line with the values and strategy of the company.
 
Some examples of events: Management seminar, convention, incentive trip etc...
 
YOUR PROFILE :  
You speak English, 
You are dynamic, optimistic and always on the lookout for a new challenge
You have an excellent sense of service, a strong attention to detail and you are noticed for your interpersonal skills 
You are preparing a master's degree in event management or communication
 
If you answered yes to all of these questions, then we're a good fit!
