Finalité du poste :
Au sein du département Integration de Lyreco Management, vous avez la charge du développement des flux EDI clients ainsi que leur monitoring sur la station EDI Group (440M€ de turnover en constante augmentation) en environnement webMethods et SAP.Vous serez également amené à participer à des projets de migration, d’optimisation et d’upgrade en relation avec les différents domaines métiers de notre ERP.
L’équipe integration étant au centre des besoins EDI de l’ensemble du groupe, vous évoluerez dans une équipe internationale en relation constante avec nos 36 E–Business manager répartis dans nos 25 pays.
Vos missions:
Monitoring des flux existants.
Développement et paramétrage en environnement WebMethods et SAP des 4 flux EDI Principaux : Commande, confirmation de commande, bon de livraison et factures.
Coordination avec les équipes IT pour l’implémentation des connexions synchrones et asynchrones : SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, OFTP2, SMTP.
Tests de validation et de non-régression.
Coordination avec les équipes E-business des différentes filiales.
Participation et ou pilotage de projets techniques variés : Migration, optimisation, développement de nouveaux interchanges, proof of delivery, etc…
Réalisation de spécifications.
Votre profil:
Du fait de la forte interaction du domaine EDI avec les différentes fonctions de l’entreprise : Distribution, finance, logistique, etc... Nous recherchons un profil en développement avec une forte curiosité fonctionnelle pouvant devenir le trait d'union entre les aspects techniques et commerciaux.
Ce profil peut être soit :
- Un développeur junior de niveau bac +2 au minimum avec 1 an d'expérience minimum curieux de découvrir les interactions entre l'outil EDI et les différents domaines fonctionnels de l'entreprise.
Soit :
- Un consultant fonctionnel Junior ayant déjà une première expérience des flux EDI et ayant une forte curiosité pour le développement et l’IT en général de part ses loisirs ou hobbys.
Ces deux profils souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement multi culturel en langue anglaise. Un bon niveau en anglais oral et écrit est souhaitable.
Des déplacements très ponctuels au sein des différentes filiales sont à prévoir.

Within the Integration department of Lyreco Management, you will be responsible for the development of EDI customer flows as well as their monitoring on the EDI Group station (440M€ of turnover in constant increase) in a webMethods and SAP environment. You will also be required to participate in migration, optimization and upgrade projects in relation to the different business areas of our ERP.
The integration team is at the centre of the EDI needs of the whole group, you will evolve in an international team in constant contact with our 36 E-Business managers spread over our 25 countries.
Your missions
- Monitoring of existing flows.
- Development and parameterization in WebMethods and SAP environment of the 4 main EDI flows: Order, order confirmation, delivery note and invoices.
- Coordination with IT teams for the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous connections: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, OFTP2, SMTP.
- Validation and non-regression tests.
- Coordination with the E-business teams of the different subsidiaries.
- Participation and/or management of various technical projects: Migration, optimization, development of new interchanges, proof of delivery, etc...
- Realization of specifications.
Your profile:
Due to the strong interaction of the EDI domain with the different functions of the company: Distribution, finance, logistics, etc... We are looking for a dev profile with a strong functional curiosity that can become the link between the technical and commercial aspects.
This profile can be either :
- A junior developer with a minimum of 2 years of higher education and at least 1 year of experience, who is curious to discover the interactions between the EDI tool and the different functional areas of the company.
Or :
- A Junior Functional Consultant who already has a first experience of EDI flows and who has a strong curiosity for development and IT in general due to his hobbies.
These two profiles wishing to evolve in a multi-cultural environment in English language. Fluency in English.
Occasional travel within the different subsidiaries is to be expected.
