Job description

1 การบริหารการจัดการหนี้ของลูกค้า และการปรับปรุง customer ageing

2.ทำงานเชิงรุกในการบริหารจัดการบัญชีลูกค้า

3. ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนการทำงานของทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

4.สามารถปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน

5.สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและแผนกอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทางโทรศัพท์ในลักษณะของมืออาชีพอและเกิดประสิทธิภาพ

 6.เข้าใจในโครงสร้างองค์กรและกระบวนการทำงานของลูกค้า

7.บริหารจัดการข้อขัดแย้งที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

8. ปรับปรุงและ update ฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า ได้อย่างถูกต้องและต่อเนื่อง

9.เจรจาต่อรองให้ลูกค้า วางบิล - ชำระเงิน แบบ Online
