Job Description

   Main Accountabilities

  • Sales & Marketing Analysis, Reports and Dashboards
    • Extract and analyse data from various sources such as SAP, QlikView, SQL Database, Google Analytics, Power BI
    • Interpret Sales Customer data and identify profit pools
    • Make Recommendations on possible actions and changes to working practices based on analysis in line with Group validation
    • Locate and define new process improvement or sales and marketing operational change opportunities
    • Provide recommendations in terms of incentives for commercial representatives in line with Group Interaction and validation
    • Evaluate the operational impacts by defining and measuring KPIs to follow up the operational performance from a financial and commercial perspective
    • Provide ongoing reports to follow up the commercial performance to relevant teams
    • Produce reports and analyses, facilitate information to support sales and marketing campaigns

  • Database Management
    • Responsible for data acquisition (from primary or secondary data sources) and maintenance, quality control of local databases/data systems
    • Filter and “clean” data, review reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
    • Maintain confidentiality, data integrity
  • Market Analysis
    • Evaluate customers’ needs, market size and market share per segment
    • Investigate market growth perspective per segment and define sales prevision
    • Research and analyse the company competitive environment and follow up / benchmark competitors’ results
  • Project Management
    • Support the company for strategy definition and implementation in line with Group validation
    • Manage project(s) to improve customers’ insight collection, usage and effectiveness of sales organisation
    • Be responsible for initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of project, including training of the different stakeholders and development of local user guides
    • Be the local point of contact regarding data base management, customers’ segmentation analysis and customers’ insight program for Local / Group stakeholders
    • Perform supporting activities and additional projects as assigned



​Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Data Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven working experience in data analysis, as a Data Manager/Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge and experience with report building & Business Intelligence packages (Business Objects, SQL Query, Google Analytics, QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Superior proficiency in Excel (pivot table, matrix, etc.) & Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Presentation)
