Corporate Telesales / Inside Sales Representative – Inside Telesales Team (Telford)

Division: Corporate, Public Sector

Salary: up to £20,000 + commission

Lyreco have an outstanding opportunity to join our fast-growing corporate Inside Sales Team. As a Telesales Representative, your focus will be to work on reactivating lapsed customers, developing new categories for existing customers and maintaining revenue levels from an existing base across our education sector.

Corporate Telesales Role Key Expectations

  • Effectively manage and develop a new and existing customer base in order to exceed set targets.
  • Providing customers with a depth of knowledge to deliver a solution focused service.
  • Working closely with our existing team to develop opportunities and champion best practice.
  • Accelerating account spend and looking for opportunities to add products to customers accounts.
  • Deliver the best customer experience by minimising customer returns and credits.

  • Self-driven with the ability to perform in an autonomous environment, results orientated with a positive attitude.
