We have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our award-winning Customer Care department, based in our Telford Head Office, offering a highly competitive salary of up to £20,000 depending on experience.

Providing every customer superior quality and service is our number one priority and due to our on-going commitment to our customers, we are looking to expand the team to continue to offer an exceptional service.

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will take ownership for delivering customer satisfaction and generating sales and loyalty whilst dealing expertly with a wide variety of customer interactions via channels of Voice, Email and Chat.  Ensuring customer orders and queries are processed promptly, reliable and with a first contact resolution mentality, whilst upholding Lyreco Group best practice and WISE standards

    Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
