Job Responsibilities:
To support customers by providing helpful information and good customer services, resolve enquiries through hotline, emails and instant messages
Handling and responding to customers enquiries of the product information, manage order processing and related customer request
Job Requirements:
Form 5 / HKDSE or above
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Teamwork, friendly, good service attitude
Short notice and immediate available will be highly preferable
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Supervisor
