 Job Responsibilities:

• To support customers by providing helpful information and good customer services, resolve enquiries through hotline, emails and instant messages

• Handling and responding to customers enquiries of the product information, manage order processing and related customer request 

 Job Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English

• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Teamwork, friendly, good service attitude

• Short notice and immediate available will be highly preferable

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Supervisor
