Job description

Based on the headquarters in Marly or Gdańsk, our Security Team at Lyreco Management are looking to recruit you to join a great team. If you have what it takes to design, build, and then nurture what you’ve created, it is the time and the team for you.

As a member of the Cybersecurity Team, you will be working with your colleagues on the international projects.

Your responsibilities

As one of our Cyber Security Engineers you will be responsible for technology solutions and concepts to increase time of prevention, decrease time for detection and reaction and help provide assurance that cyber security goals have been met. You will: 

• Designing, implementing, developing, maintaining and operating various security tools and solutions; 

• Preparing and maintaining technical security requirements, guidelines and standards as well as configuration/architectural recommendations; 

• Helping to audit, prevent, respond, or remediate security incidents;

• Evaluate new and emerging security products and technologies;

• Proactively assess potential items of risk and vulnerability in the network & systems;

• Work with other security and technical staff in multicultural and geographically dispersed;

• Contribute to the overall success of projects as a team member representing Security;

• Contribute to and maintain key indicators of compromise for security incident detection.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cyber security; 

• Solid experience and technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and related security countermeasures;

• Web application programming experience or in-depth knowledge of web-app security challenges;

• Familiarity with architecture security principles

• Knowledge of system security vulnerabilities testing, auditing and remediation techniques.

• Understanding of authentication mechanisms

• Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities

• Certification in the cyber security field is a plus

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and related security countermeasures is a plus

• Web application programming experience or in-depth knowledge of web-app security challenges is a plus

• Fluent in English, French is a plus
