Data Projects Analyst is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of new data capabilities. By combining data analytics experience and project management skills this role can successfully partner with business to understand the needs and connect with data experts.

Data Projects Analysts also play important role in improving data capabilities in Lyreco by guiding implementation of roadmap for self-service tools development.
  • Leads analytical projects supporting various areas of business

  • Develops a thorough understanding of business goals and issues, interprets business needs into data and analytical requirements, and then to analytical/reporting solutions; 

  • Manages full analysis cycle – from data analysis, through presenting conclusions until influencing others on the execution of new strategy in the business;

  • Discover, organize, clarify business needs and review/produce specifications and work with the other enabling teams to ensure that they understand the specifications; 

  • Acts as SPOC for data related topics in strategic projects;

  • Provides ad-hoc support for projects and initiatives where problem-solving and/or analytical skills are needed; 

  • Follows data governance standards; 

  • Complies with IT quality policy; 


Experience and Skills

 

 

  • 2+ years experience working as a data analyst or in similar role;

  • Experience in project management;  

  • Experience in collecting business requirements; 

  • Working knowledge of SQL;

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI);
