DESCRIPTION

As part of our strategy to put data at the center of our concerns, we are looking to strengthen our data governance. You will be a key stakeholder of our GREAT strategy projects (like SFA tool, new ecom platform or improvement of our customer marketing campaign)

On a permanent contract, the position can be in Marly (France) or Gdansk (Poland) within the Group's IT department and reports to the Head of Master Data Management & Data Governance.

In summary, you will be the guardian of the data organization and its management

MISSIONS

Data Dictionary maintenance and enrichment to allow us to control data and metadata (Customer, Prospect, Contact, Product, etc.)

Mapping the processes, flows and life cycles of data (data lineage) to enable effective day-to-day control.

Helping the business owners of the data to pilot, collect the needs and arbitrate them

Contribute to the definition of decision-making bodies and participate in them.

Participate in the definition of the general data governance policy (standards and processes for updating enterprise data models, security) and ensure the compliance of data perimeters with this policy.

Not forgetting data quality through the definition and monitoring of data quality indicators (profiling)

EXPECTED PROFILE / SKILLS  

Professional qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis and modelling, ideally in/for the retail sector.

Methodological knowledge of user requirements, data modelling and management (Datalineage, DataModeling, Mapping, data dictionary, quality controls)

Knowledge of Master Data (referentials) concepts.

Knowing DQA tool (Attacama) and PowerBI (Microsoft) is required.

Professional skills

Taste for working in a collaborative mode. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Very high energy level, stress resistant with positive open mindset

Business Process understanding

Project management mindset (organize and prioritize)

Fluent business English (written and spoken)
