Workplace: Dietikon / Home Office
Your tasks:
- Lead the digital commerce team (6 Headcounts) and support/coach them in their growth
- Build, develop and drive the digital marketing and social selling strategy
- Responsible for all e-commerce and digital marketing activities as well as monitoring them (SEA, campaigns, leads generation)
- Responsible for the strategy and monetarization of our digital channels
- Drive digitalization of internal processes within Marketing and build the interface to RPA
- Leads and works together with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives
- Participate in group digital transformation projects
- Participate and share best practice in international group meetings in English
- Deliver high-quality outcome within agreed deadlines and standards
Your profile:
- Several years of work experience in the areas of digital Commerce
- Deep knowledge of online marketing principles
- Deep understanding of digital tools in CRM, Campaign and Automation ( Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Google Analytics 360, Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation )
- Leadership experience, direct and indirect
- Strong project management skills
- Fluency in German and English, French is a high asset
- Strategic and customer first mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, proactive and well-organized personality
