Email Marketing Executive

Telford

Salary - £20-25k per annum (DOE)

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday (min. 3 days office based)

Due to internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen for a Email Marketing Executive to join our Customer Experience team.

Your role will be to deliver commercial growth by developing, enhancing and delivering the email marketing strategy.  You will also work closely with key stakeholders across the business and will be responsible for delivering and executing the email marketing strategy to deliver relevant, time-appropriate messaging to our customer base.

As an Email Marketing Executive, some of your responsibilities include:

• Support with the planning and execution (including deployment) of email marketing campaigns to grow traffic to Lyreco websites, promote products and increase sales revenue in line with Lyreco’s growth strategy.
• Maintain email send calendar including concept, content, testing, and audience information
• Build email marketing segmentation strategies to ensure we are able to effectively target our email campaigns to our end-users.
• Support with the creation & development of marketing automation infrastructure including multi-step email marketing campaigns and triggered campaigns to provide end-users with a best-in-class customer journey through email marketing.

The ideal Email Marketing Executive will:

• Solid understanding of GDPR legislation and Privacy & Electronic Communication Regulations (PECR).
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working with an email marketing platform managing campaign execution, lists and segmentation.
• Briefing of email marketing campaign templates with creative team.
• Strong copy writing skills (English Language)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Practically minded: able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in!
• Ability to communicate strategic and innovative ideas with clarity and simplicity.
