Head of External Communication (F/H) CDI

Your missions:

ENSURE ALL EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS EMBODY LYRECO VALUES

  • Ensure all communications are customer centric and reflect the ambition & values of the Lyreco brand: relevant, engaging and customer centric via a consistent content, tone of voice & graphic design (based on new brand platform already developed)
  • Oversee & develop all external corporate communication material at group level: brand platform, content management, social media, main catalogue, brand platform, various project toolkits, etc
  • Roll out the mission & vision established end 2020: define global roll out launch, ensure good adoption in local subsidiaries, push relevant optimizations to continue to bring this mission to life
  • Support preparation & follow up for Press (interviews mainly) or other communication-related issues when needed.

DETERMINE STRATEGIC GUIDELINES & IMPLEMENTATION ON KEY COMMUNICATION PROJECTS

  • Determine & deliver communication plans for group projects, such as new product launches, mergers and acquisitions, CSR projects, etc
  • Determine social media strategy for group & recruit relevant project owner for implementation for group accounts, & roll out in subs
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
    • Co lead with product marketing teams the progressive digitalization of the yearly catalogue
    • Co lead the editorial board to generate useful content at group level
    • Maintain & animate corporate website: ensuring up to date info & publishing content on the blog section
  • Ensure an up to date and relevant repository of all communication toolkits & guidelines
  • Explore opportunities to raise brand awareness with our core B2B target audience (trade shows, evens, sponsorship, etc).

ANIMATE & SUPPORT GLOBAL AND LOCAL TEAMS

  • Support counterparts in Customer Experience Team & within Group with regular communication needs
  • Coordinate international projects with local counterparts (Marketing and Communication Managers in 17 teams representing 25 countries) to support local needs & ensure best practice sharing culture, via monthly meetings & bespoke workshops as needed on projects.
  • Manage own team of 2 project managers, 1 graphic designer.
