Corporate Implementation Manager

Telford Based (Hybrid Working – min. office-based 3 days per week)

Salary

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday

Lyreco are looking to recruit an Implementation Manager to join our Corporate Bid Team.  As the Implementation your role will be the final stage of the bid process and you will be instrumental in implementing a wide range of contract implementation projects at any one time.

As an Implementation Manager your responsibilities are:

  • Manage the successful implementation of all new customer and product category wins which vary from large Corporate clients through to Public Sector organisations with turnover ranging from £100k to £1m+
  • Meet with the sales lead & customer to understand requirements and set expectations where applicable
  • Develop bespoke project plans incorporating the scope, risks and timelines
  • Support the Bid team with responses to tenders and proposals
  • Provide post implementation analysis from commercial compliance through to customer satisfaction
  • Co-ordinate all new customer specific products from request through to the first order

The ideal Implementation Manager will:

  • Project Management qualification, such as Prince2 is desirable (or be willing to work towards)
  • Educated to degree level (ideal)
  • Capable of multitasking and organising time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Previous experience of successfully implementing large customers within an organisation 
  • New Business Development experience
