Job Description

  • Process sales orders, coordinate and ensure customer order deliveries are smooth and correct
  • Provide quotations to existing and prospective customers
  • Attend to all incoming communications (via phone call, email or fax) on sales enquiries and orders
  • Liaise with inter-department on day-to-day operations and schedule
  • Initiate account creation for prospect using our internal sales tool following the company process and standard guideline
  • Maintain good relationship and rapport with customers
  • To achieve monthly sales margin and target given
  • Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time

Skills Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related. Minimum GCE "N" level
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, Solution Selling Skills, Proactive listening skill
  • English & Mandarin (handling Mandarin speaking customer)
  • Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
  • 1years sales support experience. Candidate with B2B environment and managing SME business portfolio experience would be advantage
