Job Description

You are a “SAVVY” Successful Inside Sales Leader from the school of hard knocks working for or have worked for a direct Sales B2B Company. The likelihood is you are busting to get into a Senior Management position and control a team at a national level to take the business to unprecedented growth levels.

We have a vacancy for a Inside Sales General Manager overseeing a B2B Inside Sales team across our UK and Irish markets. You will be responsible for transforming the department and play a crucial part in revolutionising how we engage within the market.

You will need to demonstrate your recruitment capabilities, Training, Managing and Motivating a large team of sales driven individuals. You will need to be Tenacious, Professional, Fair and Tough. You will have a strong personality; a cheeky sense of fun and social skills is a must. You will possess good analytic skills, and a tertiary education would be an advantage but not entirely necessary.

Developing strategy and Organising sales structure and processes to win, retain and grow customers.
