Due to growth, we are looking for Inside Sales Representatives (New Business) to join our team at our head office in Telford.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your focus will be to work on implementation projects to onboard and grow revenue from new customers. You will be required to build relationships, including qualification of a pipeline of potential clients, database management, time management and understanding client needs. This is an office-based role, where you will be calling customers daily to conduct business reviews and add value at every opportunity. Utilisation of a CRM to log your activity and provide detailed notes of the conversations you’ve had to help preparation for future calls.

Key accountabilities:

  • Effectively manage and develop a new customer base in order to exceed set targets.
  • Providing customers with demo’s, supporting them to do their first orders
  • Working closely with Key Account Managers, Strategic Account Managers and Corporate Sales Managers over teams and in face to face meetings
  • Accelerating account spend and looking for opportunities to add products to customers price lists.

You will be offered a salary of up to £20k per annum + a monthly commission package.
