Key Account Manager

Role Responsibilities

  • Handle key accounts and responsible for business development

  • Grow new business to meet budget and development goals

  • Build and maintain excellent business relationship with key accounts

  • Identify upselling possibilities to the existing customers

  • Liaise with cross functional department in order to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Sales analysis and conducting reports for management

Job Requirements

  • A degree holder with minimum of 2 year Sales or Key Account management experience

  • Experience in serving corporate accounts or sizable organization

  • Experience in dealing with senior management and tendering process

  • Good track records in account management and pitching new accounts

  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills

  • Self-motivate & good interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
