Key Account Specialist - Office Based

Job Description

The position is focused on the development of business of active international customers and at the same time on the creation of new business opportunities in Hungary and the subsequent customer care. The position is office based, without company car entitlement.

Main responsibilities


• Implement new international customers
• Develop the existing customer´s portfolio and customer care
• Co-operate within the International team on new implementations
• Identify customer needs and their subsequent solution

• Contact customers by phone or e-mail on regular basis
• Identify opportunities based on information obtained, analyze market potential
• Prepare documents for tenders, price offers and service solutions in time with the aim to gain the full    potential of new and existing customers
• Prepare „saving plans” according to international instructions
• Working with customer database
• Co-operation with other internal departments (Business Services, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
• Responsibility to reach the given sales targets (volumes and margin)
• Regular reporting of business results and activities
• Co-operation in customer complaints management
• Other tasks based on the superior´s instructions
 

Requirements


• University degree

• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Time management – effective planning, meeting deadlines
• Strong customer focus, proactive personality and „out of box” thinking
• Team-player
• Fluent English

• Excellent MS Office user – especially Excel, Outlook
• sales experience especially in B2B would be advantageous
