Your missions:

Provide Human Resources support

  • Implement HR policies and programs as required by the business on the 3 sites.
  • Develop an employee excellence culture.
  • Ensure job descriptions for all positions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide assistance with implementing any HR related software system and/or program.
  • Employee counselling services for personal issues.
  • Manage compensation plans and provide administration for employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group Code of Ethics.
  • Ensure employees safety, wellness and health.
  • Ensure management of the Exit interview process.
  • Manage all HR legal aspects.
  • Management of the annual satisfaction questionnaire to the staff (setup, results analysis, action plan definition and implementation).
  • Manage animation of Lyreco for Education within Lyreco Management.
  • Manage the HR budget.

Recruitment and Talent Management program

  • Ensure employer’s brand.
  • Optimise recruitment processes to attract talents.
  • Maintain Talent Review programs to ensure internal promotions.
  • Develop and implement internal mobility (local and international) programs.
  • Manage the recruitment budget.

Learning and Development

  • Identify companies needs for the future and implement development programs in lines with these.
  • Ensure development of the staff according to the legal requirements and identified of areas of improvement for the staff.
  • Implement and develop Talents development program.
  • Manage the L&D budget.

Labour relations Management

  • Manage the trade Unions, Work Council & related commissions
  • Maintain constructive and positive relationship with Workers Council representatives.

Internal Communication

  • Ensure that all the channels and processes are in place to facilitate the flows of internal communication in all directions: downward (management to employees), upwards (employees to managers) and transverse (between employees).

5- Essential experiences and skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, business or closely related field.
  • Labour law exposure
