As a Product Owner you are responsible for realizing new functionalities within your relevant domain, ensuring you apply a customer centric view. You are to make the translation of the business needs into user stories and prioritize the backlog. The Product Owner is responsible for defining user-stories and prioritizing the team’s backlog to streamline the execution of product priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.
A Product Owner is a person dedicated to maximizing the value of a product. To do this, product owners develop a vision of how the product should function, define specific product features, and break those features into product backlog items for the Scrum team to work on. They act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Scrum team members, and end users until the final product is completed.
Main responsibilities:Responsibility for innovation and end-to-end commissioning, maintenance and product development
Collaborate with global commercial service partners and clients to jointly develop a roadmap and steer products and features from concept to market
Collaboration with analysts, designers/user experiences, engineers
Transforms data insights into products, the results of which are useful to the final customer
Working mainly in an Agile environment, constantly reviewing business needs, improving priorities, identifying opportunities and threats
Acting as the business owner of the process/application, develops and executes the product roadmap
Collaborate with user-centric departments to define self-service user experience, support and monitoring for customers
Translating product roadmap functions into well-defined product requirements
Prioritize and maintain sprint backlog status communication for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
Minimum 3 years experience in product or project development
High degree of organization
Good understanding of SAP ERP Customer & Order structure management
Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
Experience with procurement, expense management, and processes,
Established background in launching software or products/services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
Fluent English.
