Job Description

  • To carry out effective phone cold calling, door to door canvasing,  and territory research in finding potential prospect. Schedule qualified prospect appointment for visit
  • To win new customer accounts through strategic business development plan by providing Lyreco total product and services solution to address customer's need
  • To manage and grow existing customers' account with strong customer relationship management skills
  • To produce total pricing solution and quotation for the customers to address their needs
  • To prepare and participate in prospect tendering process
  • Understand Lyreco end-to-end customer journey well in order to representing Lyreco professionally and engage the customer with correct business process information
  • To work closely with cross department internal stakeholder to ensure up-to-date Lyreco business process information update and marketing campaign is well understood when representing to customer
  • To monitor daily sales achievement and take necessary action to archive monthly sales target
  • To manage sales margin effectively
  • To carry out any other reasonable adhoc assignment from time to time by the management


  • Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related
  • Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
  • Minimum 5years sales experience, with experience in B2B environment managing customer portfolio with proven sales achievement record
  • Possess aggressive, dauntless, determine to archive.
  • Resilience and is a self-motivator
  • Posses good analysis skills
  • Is solution oriented and is action oriented
  • Team oriented character, able to archive individually or contribute to team success
